The International Association of Culinary Professionals has announced the 2012 IACP Award Finalists, and Didi Emmons is nominated for her book Wild Flavors: One Chef’s Transformative Year Cooking from Eva’s Farm in the Food Matters Cookbook category, along with Good Fish: Sustainable Seafood Recipes from the Pacific Coast by Becky Selengut and Tomatoland by Barry Estabrook.
